Hello Stretchies
Welcome to the Dell Community Forum .
Please tell me which OS you are using and provide me with some basic information about your printer .
You can also try the following steps :
1,Unplug Power cable / USB cable and remove all the toners.
2.Press and hold down the CANCEL button for 30 sec.
3.Reconnect the Power and USB cable .
4.Check for any security software ( if anything is blocking the printing process )
5.Restart the system .
6.Please check the port setting if the correct port is selected .( Right Click on printer Icon > Properties > Port .
7.Check device manager for any Conflict ( Imaging Devices )
8.If all looks fine , Please reinstall the printer drivers .
