5110cn not pulling from correct tray
Hi,
I have a new 5110cn with optional 2nd 500sheet tray. I have tray 1 loaded with letterhead and tray 2 loaded with plain paper. It seems that no matter what I have the preferences set to, it pulls from whatever tray it wants to. Is this because I have two trays with letter sized paper in it? I gathered from other posts that it treats them as one tray if the size is the same. Can anyone think of a way for it to print from the tray
I want it to print from?

I am not sure if this will help you, but i had something similar to this myself. Firstly you have to make sure you have admin rights on the machine. If you do not, the software will recognise this and will not allow you to select the tray you want. If you do have admin rights select the paper type, and tray from the actual application too. The MS Word program did not allow me to print from tray 2 unless I selected it from the program as well as printer settings (page setup).
