948 Printer Faxing from PC Error Message
First time I'm sending a fax using Dell Fax Solutions. Easy to create, added multiple recipient fax numbers, then error message "no print driver installed". Purchased printer w/laptop, both vista. Help.

Let's make sure the printer is installed correctly.
Disconnect your printer. Download and run this patch to completely remove the printer from your computer.
Restart your computer.
Download the proper drivers.
XP Drivers
Vista 32-bit Drivers
All other drivers
Install the proper drivers. You'll be prompted when to connect your printer(powered on)
Please remember to install the latest firmware for the 948 Printer.

Follow the instructions from this article, to install the drivers. The patch will have to be used on all Vista machines to remove the wrong printer drivers.

Firmware has to be installed using USB Connection and should be done first.
