A different PCL XL 1700 printer error question, Please help ....

Hi everyone.

 

I've been getting a PCL XL error with a different message then what I've seen on the boards.

 

Subsystem: KERNEL

Error: MissingData

Operator: ReadImage

Position: 224

 

I tried the resetting the defaults by holding down both buttons method but I still get the same message.

 

The system is using XP.

 

Any comments or suggestions would be much appreciated.
