C1765NF HELP!!!

Please someone out there I am in desperate need of some assistance !! This is my 4th C1765nf Printer.

MY 4TH!!!!!! When I go to print a document that is 8x10 the edges are messed up. This does not happen with smaller prints. I have tried a 100 times to get some kind of help from Dell and have yet to. Has anyone else had this issue? I use the right paper and everything else. These are not photos , but colored documents.

Please , please help!!!
