C1765NFW Media size

Question

I have been trying print business cards using Avery C32011 card but keep getting a paper jam or incorrect paper size error. I cannot find anywhere what the maximum thickness of media can be for this printer. Anyone know what it it ir where I can find the answer? Thanks in advance, Mike
