C3760n Keeps saying Paper Jam
Hi, I am using a C3760n to print small postcards through the MPF. It prints generally well and fast for the first 20 postcards, then the printer just stops and says Paper Jam. I pull out the MPF tray check everything, and nope, no paper jam. Back to printing and then it does the exact same thing over & over.
I am watching the feeder as it is printing and there is absolutely nothing getting jammed during the print, it just grabs the next piece of paper then suddenly stops and says Paper Jam. I have tried adjusting the paper thickness in the printer settings, but no change at all.
Can someone help me out please? I posted another question last week about printing envelopes, and still no reply. Please don't make me switch back to HP, lol.

Can you try first do a complete thorough check.
1. open rear cover, remove fuser to see any residual paper stuck there
2. Pull out MPF tray, use a torch light to shine on the printer internal to see any broken plastic piece.
3. Remove the Image transfer belt and reinstall it back .
Are you getting 050-121 error code ?
