try installing the MFP scan driver with WSD Port. Do so, from your windows machine, file explorer, click network, to discover WSD printers. right mouse click on the found printer , select install..this way WSD port is used, once done, you should see the printer icon on [Devices and Printers].
From [Devices and Printers], right mouse click on the installed printer(C3765dnf), you should see the scan field. launch the scan, do a simple capture, you should be to complete WSD scan.
For high resolution scan, it is advisable to use the bundled Twain Scan driver instead of Microsoft WSD Scan which is not that friendly on certain aspect.
