Cannot scan to PC

I have also encountered the same problem. For what it's worth, I do seem to be able to scan to a USB stick. This makes it a workaround, although it adds an extra step. Dell's attitude to this problem is disrespectful. I shall certainly be well aware of it when purchasing products in the future.

Windows 8.1, Dell C1765nfw. Printer software has been reinstalled several times to no avail. There is no problem on a mac.

Hi the operating system is windows 8.1 and the printer is Dell C1765nfw. Printer works OK on my partner " mac

Please refer to this link http://dell.to/1As6ew0 page 247-268. Let us know how you are trying to scan from your computer, also if there is any error update us and we can help you fix this issue for you.
