Color backgroun that is not wanted

Question

I have a all-in-one printer 924. When I ask it to print anything, it don't matter what it is or where I print from. Web site, word, email. etc. If i choose to print using the color ink it will have a pink background with black letters or designs. When I go to properties and choose to have it print in black and white it prints just fine. No problems. Please help, the husband is yelling because he cant print his reports!!!

hi there, if you can try to do a nozzle clean using the dell printer solution center and then check for any abnormalities if it is positive try to clean the contacts of your colored ink using  a damp cloth or rag but not paper towel and try to check for any inks that dried up that may cause that and wipe it out. BUT be sure that you wipe it in just one direction and DO not do it back and forth. :smileyhappy:
