Communication Not Available
I have unplugged everything recommended, restarted my computer, and ran a diagnostic. I still cannot get my printer to print. What should I do?

This is a problem that I encountered some months ago. I solved it by disconnecting the printer and uninstalling the printer from my pc. After I restarted it, I was instructed to make sure that the printer is uninstalled. Then I just reinstalled the printer by inserting the printer disk.
I also learned that communication may fail because of firewalls and virus software.
