Copying Problem
My Dell Photo All-In-One Printer 924 prints a solid black page when I try to copy a document. I have tried to reduce the darkness as far as possible, and I still get a solid black page. Any suggestions?

Can you scan a document on the glass to make a copy of something?
When you scan a document on the glass, do you see the light when the scan is going on?
I would venture to say your scan light has burned out..
