Dell 1355cnw - magenta toner permanently open

Hi

I have an issue with my 1355cnw.

The magenta toner is permanently in the open position.  Where the toner cartridge goes in the printer, the spring 'thing' is already pushed towards the printer rather than 'unsprung', so there are constant magenta marks on everything printed.

Is there a simple fix for this, or does anyone know of a printer repairer in the Hull/East Yorkshire area,
