Dell 2330 error message 935.10 on printer display
Can someone please tell me what error message 935.10 is on Dell 2330.? What do we need to do to fix? We are getting it on the front of the printer display. resetting, taking all trays, toner out and putting it back, power down and nothing has worked. thanks for any asistance

I had same problem back when my 2330 was in warranty; was told to update firmware to 201c (available in Dell downloads). That worked for a few months, but now I'm getting the same error and there is no newer firmware update, and we're out of warranty. Dell dropped the ball on this one. So far the problem goes away if we turn it off and on.
