Dell 2330dn printer - Not scaling with MS Excel 2010

I am having problems with printing Excel 2010 worksheets that require Custom Scaling.  I have Windows 64 bit professional and Office 2010 32 bit (as recommended) installed and am printing to a Dell 2330 dn printer with supposedly the latest print drivers installed.  I am trying to print the same Excel spreadsheets that previously worked under Excel 2007 and Windows 7.

When I try Custom Scaling under the File tab and try Fit all Columns on one page - I get a preview of tiny text on a shrunken page and the page scale is adjusted to 10%.  Previously, this excel spreadsheet printed at 74% for all column using Excel 2007.

I do not have these problems with any other printer on my network.
