Dell 3010CN Color Laser Printer is leaving vertical smudge/bleeding lines when printing

My Dell 3010CN Color Laser Printer is smudging 3-5 vertical lines on whatever I print. The lines are black and are worse where there is a higher concentration of black text on the page. When I print something in aqua blue, the blue color is being smudged downward. It too is faint, but some of the letters that are printed in black look like some blue water color paint was dropped on them. When I print something using lighter browns or lighter grays, white lines appear at the beginning of the vertical streaks erasing the lighter browns/grays and then the light black streaks continue to extend downward.

Can anyone help me solve this problem? Does anyone know if changing the drum will solve this issue?
