Dell 310 Printer not communicating with computer.
My Dell V313w printer is not responding with my computer. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing several times (both from the disc and through the dell launch icon) it may work for a day then nothing again. The printer is installed on the computer but a message comes uo "no computer installed" , "not communicating" or it goes throught the process andthe dell icon come up on the bottom of the page and the bar fills but the freezes. I have had a problem with the print spooler but even when this is on still no printing. HELP.

Sherford,
Run Delete Print Jobs to remove stuck print job(s) from the queue, then restart your computer.
Try these tweaks...
Start, control panel, device manager.
Go to the USB Controller section and click the + sign.
Go to each USB Root Hub and right click on it, left click properties, left click power management. Uncheck the box, allow computer to turn off this device to save power.
Restart your computer.
