Dell 5100cn
When I turn on my dell printer 5100cn it displays a message "Diagnosing". I am trying to perform an NVRAM but when I press the Menu button the message stays unchanged. Any suggestions please?

How long have you been having this issue?
Do you get this message even if a restart is attempted?
Is there any error listed after this message?
Turn off the printer & disconnect the power cord, press & hold down the power button for 30 seconds. This will release the static.
Make sure that the paper tray & cartridge is seated correctly & turn on the printer to check if the issue persists.
