Dell 5210n - Second Tray Configuration problem.

good morning everyone,

we have a dell 5210n laser printer to which we added a second tray.  the first tray is set as the default and is used for 8 1/2" x 11" paper and works just fine.  The trouble we are having is with the second tray.  We want the second tray to use 8 1/2" x 14" paper but are unable to configure to it properly.  in the paper settings menu we are unable to select "legal" as to the type of paper, every other option is there except the one we need.  tray one is properly set as "letter" but tray two is set as "universal," and no matter what we try to do we can't get it to work.  one tech tried different printer drivers and has only made things worse, lol.  any help solving this problem will be very much appreciated.

thanks for the respnse cb, it was just as you described.  i went back and checked the setting, turned out that is was enganged in the proper slot and once i corrected that it worked like a charm now if i could only get the printer to select the correct paper size when a letter or legal sized form is submitted.  many thanks again!
