Dell 968w printer
I have a Dell 968w printer that I had to unplup to redo my office space. After hooking it back up the computer does not recognize it thru a usb. I have wireless but can not get that to work either. The drivers load. The print job shows its printing. I loaded new cartrigdes and it printed an alignment page, but will not print a document.

Robert,
Let's first try running Delete Print Jobs to remove any stuck print jobs from the queue, then restart your computer and see if it prints.
