Dell AIO 962 gets "backed up" when printing more than one page

Greetings all,

   Have a 962 AIO. We'll go ahead and leave my feelings for this printer at the door, so I'll work with what I have for now.

    Now, when I print more than one page, I'll notice the the page does not eject all the way, to the point that I have to make sure it doesn't get jammed in the rear door (and if it does I need to get the stuck page out of the  rear access door). I do this by giving the page a very gentle pull when I know the page is about done being printed.

  Now, I do recall that a (pardon the terminology here as I am unfamiliar with the exact lingo) roller wheel (small black wheel with small metal spikes) that has a spring going through the center of it came out some time ago. I still have it but the spring is no good. 

   Is this lack of a small wheel causing my problem, or is something else? Any replacement parts then?
