Dell IOA 964 printer Installation problems

Ok. I have used this printer successfully for 3 years. I recently had a DLCJtime.dll become corrupted. I uninstalled the printer, rebooted and tried to reinstall the software. I get the installation GUI, but once selected nothing happens. I ran your uninstall tool and rebooted to no avail. I stopped my Symantec srevices and turned off the firewall. Again nothing. Is there something embedded somewhere prevented the software to install. Need help running out of ideas. This has been a good printer.  Thanks for your help.
