Dell Imaging Toolbox
I have the toolbox listed as installed but it will not open. The image just flashes on my screen and then goes away. The printer works ok on my Vista Home Premium Dell computer but not the imaging toolbox.

Sounds like Dell Imaging Toolbox has malfunctioned or became corrupt. Did you try uninstalling the printer(model would have helped) then restart the computer. Reinstall the printer from the printer disk or from Dell's website. The drivers include Dell Imaging Toolbox from the disk and Dell's website ONLY.
