Dell Laser 3010cn - toner replacement issue

I had purchased the high capacity toner for the 3000/3010cn printer

I put the new toner in it and it keeps telling me over and over again to remove and reset for it does not recognize it. but the toner was purchased directly from dell..

if needed being I can post the cartridge codes...

this doesnt make sense to me.

Any suggestions to resolve this issue?

No way, this toner is only for 3100 model, 3000 and 3010 doesn't support  high capacity toners, contact to dell  to resolv this issue. Only purchase 2k toners, the previous part number it's ok...
