Dell V310 driver for Mac OS 10.8 driver
Can someone assist me to get my Dell V313 printing from my Mac. I have a Dell V310 connected to a Dell PC. It is shared on my home WiFi network. I am trying to locate the correct drivers for my Macbook Air OS 10.8
When I go to the dell drivers download page for the printer and select Mac OS there are 4 driver options - application, drivers for OS deployment, firmware and system utilities.
What driver/s do I download?

Try...
(Mac Os X 10.7 Lion Driver)(Lexmark S300-S400 Series)
This should install the printer on your Mac. It was the drivers for Lion but other members said it works for Mountain Lion.

Can anyone tell me how to add a Dell V310 all in one as a scanner to a Mac? I have been able to make it print, but I cannot make it scan.

Not sure about Mac's. On a Windows system, the OCR Program is needed to scan/fax.
The OCR Program is found on the printer disk.
