Dell V313w Printer Printhead Error

My printer is displaying the message, "There is a problem with the printhead. Please consult user's guide." I did everything the guide said. I then consulted the online troubleshooting area of Dell. I have removed the ink cartridges and cleaned them. I have removed the printerhead and cleaned it.I unplugged everything for 10 seconds and plugged it back in.... I wish there was a way I could reset the whole printer or remove the memory to reset it. Any ideas? Has anyone experianced the same issue?.... Or is there a way to remove a message beyond pressing the red X button?

Corine,

Unplug the printer from the wall. Now remove the power brick from the back of the printer for 60 seconds. This will reset any error message the printer is getting.

Try shaking the Dell Series cartridges before reseating them.

If the cartridges are new or printer is under warranty, then contact Dell.
