Did you know about manual duplex and automatic duplex???
I have just bought the 1320c laser colour printer. It looks nice and compact. Big problem - I wanted to testing the doubled printing capability (duplex). Guess what the printer advised me to take the paper that had printed and return it to the paper tray!
I dont know about you, but I am pretty upset as the information posted against the product on the website is simply not true. This is not a duplex printer it is a printer which can perform duplex like operations if you manually turn the paper over. Not only that but the little gizmo at the back of the printer tray does not fit! So I am returning it all.
When I called the Customer Services to return the printer I was informed that because I bought it as a business user I am not entitled to return it. What about my consumer rights I ask - I was basically told that this is my problem. The Customer service is absolutely dreadful. The Indian contingent are worse than useless - they are rude and unhelpful. They at least they will try. After calling and managing to get through that ridiculously long phone menus which were all wrong as all things got routed to Technical services. The UK based Help desk were argumentative and just plain unhelpful.
I used to really rate Dell and recommend them highly to colleagues, unless things change in the near future I will most definitely not using Dell again.

I'm not sure what you may have been reading, but the online tech specs for the 1320c VERY PLAINLY say "Duplex (Two-sided printing) ------ NONE"
And...... the ONLY "gizmo" available for the rear of the printer is the OPTIONAL Network Interface. It has NOTHING to do with paper handling.
So...... what were you reading?

I read the website and most clearly DID NOT STATE THAT DUPLEX - NONE.
For your information in the Technical Specification it stated
Further down it then stated

I was using the website in the USA as my point of reference. It clearly states "Duplex -- None"
If you're in another country, the content of that website may be incorrect.
I'm sincerely sorry if you believe I was giving you some...... "cheek"

I am based in the UK not the US. As illustrated in my first response to you - on the UK site there was clear mention of duplex on the website. It is confusing and not amazingly WHAT they are saying.
Let's hope they resolve this going forward.
Goodbye.
