E525W ADF Not Working
Hello,
Just picked up a new E525W and everything is great except that the automatic document feeder is not working. Scanner works fine but when you load a page into the ADF it does not seem to recognize there is a page in there. I lifted the feeders snap cover to make sure there was no packing material in there, saw the little tab switch that I believe is what the paper trips to tell the printer there is a page in the feeder.
Anyone else had this issue? Is there a quick fix?

Looks to me that the ADF paper sensor is not working. You should call Tech Support and get a replacement.

Did you ever solve this problem? I can copy from the ADF. I can scan from the ADF if I put my document in the ADF and then use the Dell Printer Hub software to scan the document. But, I can't scan from the ADF when simply putting a document in the ADF and then choosing scan from the options.

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same problem. Is this how the printer was made? Or is it a defect?

I have the same issue as Mitch_Atlanta. Is there going to be any update on this issue from dell support??
