Chis M - Kind of you to respond. As much as I have read that Guide I did not see the 20lb note. That is much too thin for my 5x7 cards but I will get new paper that thickness and try it. If that does not curl I will have to rethink my cards. As a comparison my sister's ancient HP 940C prints 80lb flat.
Page 162 of the E525W User's Guide does not mention the usage of such a heavy thick paper? It states, 75 g/m2, 20lb for color. I wonder if that is reason it is curling? Did normal paper curl?
