I recently had the same problem. It turned out to be a bad cyan cartridge. To troubleshoot the problem, remove each cartridge one at time, leaving the space empty. If the cartridge that you removed is the culprit, the code will change, if not it will remain the same. If the code does not change, reinstall the one that you have removed & try the next one, until all of the cartridges have been cycled out.

Hello,
