Epson Stylus Photo RX620 All in one Printer

Hi,
I have the above printer purchased in December 2005. I have been receiving the following error message:Service Required: Parts inside your printer are at the end of their service life. See your printers documentation for details. I get this message, but the printer is actually printing with no problems at all with the printouts on photos or documents.  I have had a look around the internet, and have found that the problem may be with the small sponge ink pad inside the printer.  Has anyone experienced this sort of problem and what to do about it.  Thanks for any replies.

I have several Epson's including an RX700 all in one and never saw a message like you are getting.  It's obviously an Epson issue, not a Dell issue.  You are going to have to contact Epson support to get the problem resolved.  Epson support, I've found is pretty good even tho they are in India like many other companies.  You can also e-mail support.  Click Me for Epson support.
