Help with Color Laser 1320c
I just purchased my 1320C. The test print came out fine. I print labels for mailers and today was the first time I have tried to with my new printer. When I press print to the labels I have in my word doc it gives me an error message saying "no paper detected", Error Recover: Load the specified paper in SSF, paper size letter paper type lable. This would make sense if I had selected SSF but on the printer properties I have selected tray one paper type Label. Help!!

I wonder whether you got this sorted. We were printing fine for months and months when I got this msg today (024-969). I have concluded that the printer is too smart. When it knows it's printing labels, it insists on taking them from the Single Sheet Feeder. When I finally cottoned on to this, 1320C happily printed what I wanted. So is it possible to override this?
