Help with Dell T200 Printer and System

Hi,

I cannot get my Dell T200 to print - we have the following:

Optiplex 745

Dell T200

Dell cash drawer set up

QuickBooks 6.0

 

I have tried all of the trouble shooters (in Windows Printer Help and system) and no luck.  I continue to get error msg when trying to print. 

 

When I have the Dell t200 connected to the cpu with the 9 pin cable that was included, it isn't even recognized by system.

When I use the USB connection, system recognizes the printer, but still won't print.
