Name of the part is called Developer Drive Assembly Magenta 51XXCN. It is the part that goes on the developer frame.
You don't have to send me anything from that site. I am already registered but it has been a while since I last used it so I could not remember the site name.
Ok I have the information I need. That site is very useful.
I have a problem with my black developer driver on my 5110. The middle of the page is faded or has no printing at all. If i manually rotate the black developer roll several revolutions it will print fine for about 30 or 40 copies. How do you order this part and how do to take the developer assembly out to replace it.
I am having the same issue my black developer assembly is extremely hard to turn compared to the other 3 I however do not have access to the afore mentioned site and any assistance to the disassemble of the printer would be helpful I was a service tech for Konica Minolta just not the same with the dell brand

Also, you have a couple of names mixed up here.
Is it the Megenta Developer assembly?
OR
The Developer Drive assembly?
These are very different parts.

The site is: http://dcse.dell.com/
If you are qualified, you will need to register to get site access. I've found the site is NOT open to everyone.
Send me a PM with your home email address and I'll see what I have that I can send you.

Sorry, your part naming is not correct.
A Developer Assy is one of the 4 developer units, one for each color. Each of the 4 mount within the developer frame.
A Developer Drive Assy is the big plate on the right side of the printer that has all the gears and motors that drive the devopers, drum, etc.
