How to print to a Dell V515w printer (not compatible with Airprint) from an Iphone 4. I own a Dell PC, not a Mac computer.

Will anyone here please tell me how I can print to a Dell V515w wireless inkjet printer (not compatible with Airprint) from an Apple Iphone 4? According to one rep from Dell online support ... there is no existing driver or patch which can make Dell V515w printer compatible with Airprint. So, his suggestion was to purchase a third party app called Printopia. Unfortunately, Printopia only works on Mac computers and I am using a Dell Inspiron 530 PC. So, will someone please specifically name and identify where I can download a third party app which will allow my Apple Iphone 4 to print documents from my Dell V515w wireless inkjet printer which is not compatible with Apple's Airprint? Again, this app must be able to work with PC's. I don't own a Mac computer.If more than one such a third party app exists please tell me the names of all of them and where i can download them from.
