Inadequate support
I have a 966 Printer which has stopped printing wirelessly. Soooo.....I contacted Dell Support and over several days have spent well over 5 hours with them and STILL the problem is not fixed. I've been transferred to wrong queues several times, they sent me a refurbed printer which doesn't work wirelessly either. Even though I have a warranty STILL in place, they are now assuming this is a 'software problem' but are willing to fix it for $100+ ...although I was originally told $49.00 Has anyone else had this problem and resolved it?? Next PC is going to be an HP for SURE!!!!!!!!
