Lexmark X7350 printer compatible?

I have a Lexmark X7350 all in one printer that I cannot get to work correctly with my Dell C521 Dimension with Vista. Does anyone know if they are compatible?  Can anyone help me please?  I need my Lexmark to work so I can do my online classes and also need it for my job. Please...is there any help out there!

Here are the drivers from the Lexmark site for Vista.  All you would have had to do is go to the Lexmark site and you would have found the Vista drivers.   Click Me
