Long Distance receiving problem - 1815dn

Started having a problem this morning receiving long distance faxes. We can send local and long distance no problem, and we receive local (314) and (636) area code faxes no problem. But if someone tries to send a fax from out of state, the line just rings and rings on the transmitting end. We don't hear the rings on the receiving end.

Anyone have any idea's? Thanks.
