M5200 Multiple Tray Printing
I recently installed three M5200 Laser Printers on our network. I need to print a sales contract on two seperate colored papers. I can't use a pre-sorted paper in the same tray because they would be out of seqence the first time the contract was longer than a single page. How can I print from two seperate trays? I need two white copies from the upper tray and one copy of contract from lower tray which would be green paper. In fact the original contract may be one format and the third copy mentioned may come from another contract format. All of these contracts are printed from Crystal 8.5

First of all, you'll need to set the different paper type for different trays. For example, the tray with first colored paper set to Custom Type 1, and the second color one - Custom Type 2.
I am not sure if the application Crystal 8.5 allows you to select different paper trays when printing, but if it does, then you can tell the application to use for the first page Tray 1 (with Custom Type 1), and for the rest - Tray 2 (with Custom Type 2). You can do that in MS Word, for example.
If you set the trays to the same paper type, they will be considered as one big tray. In other words, when the first tray will be out of the paper, the printer won't stop printing but will continue picking up the paper from second tray.
Please, refer to user manual for more information on tray linking.
