We cannot do that here. You need to contact Order Support to ask about a credit/refund.

I need help getting my MacBook Air (Lion OS, 10.7) to print to my Dell printer on the network (Dell 3130cn printer connected to a wireless router).
Is there a driver I need to install?

I have a similar issue with another Dell printer - their response was to contact customer service about a refund. Doesn't appear that Dell is too interested to update printers for Lion.

OK, I have a 3130cn, and updated to the NEW driver posted on 9/8/2011... NOW the driver is actually CRASHING my Mac. Come on guys... this is UGLY.
