My Solution to Cannot Communicate Problems

Well, I have solved the Cannot Communicate problem between my A920 printer and laptop.  I bought a Hi-speed USB 2.0 Notebook Card, it has 2 USB ports.  Everything is working fine now.  USB posts in back on computer do not work but at least I can print/scan/upload digital pics.   I will tackle the USB ports at a later date. When a door is closed, find a window. Jamie

By  'portable system' i assume that you mean laptop brand?   It is an HP pavillion ze1210 with Windows XP.
