NOT ABLE to scan using V725W---
We are NOT able to scan using the above printer...
We have viewed the forum docs, downloaded the most recent driver, checked the USB cable (which is fine), rebooted computer (twice), and are STILL unable to create a scan profile--unable to scan any type of document.
SOMEONE needs to address and do more than ask for my credit card number so they can explain to me how to read a printer/computer menu and reboot again!!
Now--if anyone has any type of productive work-around's, or how to fix this please reply! Thank you-- and, thank you Dell, for my nice expensive doorstop!
