Network Showing "Paper Problem," but Physical Printer Shows No Problems

I am at a loss here.  In my "Printers and Faxes" window, my Dell 3115 network printer shows an error of "Paper Problem," but the physical printer itself is fine.  It prints out reports without error.

I have tried resetting user and system defaults, as well as the NVRAM.  Every time I delete and re-add the printer it still shows "Paper Problem."

Any ideas?  This thing is killing me.
