We know it can be difficult to troubleshoot printers, having to run back and forth between your system and the printer with error codes, model numbers, service tag information, then having to remember all those troubleshooting steps from our guides. All you will need is a QRL sticker and a smart device (Tablet or Smartphone), with a QRL code reader application installed. Just scan the QRL with your device and you will be linked to the Dell resource library specific to your printer model, with easy access to our troubleshooting guides and even the ability to order replacement parts, like toner, right from your smart device.
