P703W Not Printing Red and Yellow

Hi,

My printer was not printing in color, so I replaced the cartridge, thinking that it might be bad.  The new cartridge did the same thing.  After many calibrations and print head cleanings, it started to print in blue.  Any idea how to make the red and yellow work?
