Paperport Software & Exchange Server 2003 Fax

We have been having so much trouble faxing more than 3 pages from Paperport to our exchange server fax. If you have a 10 page fax, it only recognises 2 or 3 pages.  We could really use some help.  I find that from a windows 2000 station, I have no problems. We are using Optiplex 620 dual core, with 2GB memory.  I dont understand what we are doing wrong.

 

Any suggestions?  Please help.
