Print Filter Pipeline

I am new to this forum and apologize if this has been discussed before.  I run Vista and have a Dell 968 printer attached to the computer directly via a USB cable.  Sometimes, but not always, the document fails to print and I get a message saying the "Print Filter Pipeline Host stopped working and was closed".  Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

Cliff,

I did some research and is sounds like the  Print Filter Pipeline Host error message has to do with the Non-English Version of .net framework. Download and install the files below. Try to download and install these files in lowest to highest order. All versions are needed to make everything work correctly. Make sure you also have the latest Java.

Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 Redistributable Package

Others who downloaded Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 Redistributable Package also downloaded:

  1. Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
  2. Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1
  3. Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package
  4. Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 1
  5. Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1 (x86)
