Printer B2360dn Not recognizing computer

Following problem with the printer:

>brand new printer and installed properly 

> it worked (printed pages ) for about 5 minutes

> Print jobs remain in print Queue and will not print

>Tried 3 different USB cables (not printing)

>reinstalled drivers and printer a few times (still not recognizing the computer) 

>The way I think it is, the problem  is printer setting related or some kind of communication fault.

>Are there any printer settings that could cause this problem? Any help will be appreciated
