Printer Problem..Missing Drivers??

Couple of wks ago my Printer began to act up.  Using XP, Dell 962 AIO Printer.  Followed suggestion to uninstall and then re-install Printer and now computer will not recognize printer.  Problem began 1st w/ message that cartridge was missing (was not), found that if I clicked on Continue button on that message I could print but that became an argivation itself so I attemped to correct (problems multiplied).  I have not changed cartridges, using Dell originals.  Have tried to locate Drivers on Web pages to no avail...Unable to locate CD to install or re-install, if I ever had them.  Please help and if this is been posted before please excuse, I have take Chemo and tend to get tired and forget some things.  Thanks for any help
