Printer Spoolers issue

Question

Hello i have a prblem restarting my print spools (error 1068) due to the Lexbces file not being found (error 2). what i need to know is 1. what would the file path for the Printer A960 (Personal All-in-One) be (i have vista) and 2. How do i extract the Lexbces  files

Vista is very tricky system. It sounds like your printer didn't install correctly. Follow these instructions below and then see what problems are.

Disconnect your printer. Download and run this patch. It will completely remove the printer from your computer. Restart your computer.

Now go to drivers and downloads/select product/printers/select your printer. Download drivers and firmware.

Install your printer drivers. You'll be prompted when to connect it.

Then install the firmware.

Scanning

Scanning using USB connection, open the Dell All-In-One Center, click on scanning and copying and scan from there.

Scanning wirelessly, use the scan buttons on the printer.

i down loaded the patch and the drivers and firmwear but it still gives me the same error when i try to restart the spools and the 'LexBce Server'   for LexBce Server is states' windows could not start the LexBce Server service on local computer.   error 2: the system cannot find the file  specified'

I thought that re-installing the drivers would fix it for you.

Try hitting the Windows key and thr R Key at the same time. This will bring up the run command(Start, run)

type services,msc hit enter

Look at the print spooler. set it for automatic. restart the service. Now what do you get?

Unfortunately the same error as before: 'Windows could not start the print spooler service on local computer.   Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start'
